Calendar Events

Reads out upcoming events with times and locations for your whole Circle. Ask about today, tomorrow, this week, or this weekend — SimpliHome pulls from your live shared calendar.

Amazon Alexa

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa app on your phone
  2. Go to More → Skills & Games
  3. Search for "SimpliHome" and tap Enable to Use
  4. Tap Link Account and sign in with your SimpliHome credentials
  5. Say "Alexa, ask SimpliHome what's on today" to test

Google Home

  1. Open the Google Home app on your phone
  2. Tap your profile icon → Assistant settings
  3. Search for "SimpliHome" in the Explore tab
  4. Tap Link and sign in with your SimpliHome credentials
  5. Say "Hey Google, ask SimpliHome what's on today" to test

Privacy & Security

  • Only responds to queries from linked, authenticated accounts — your data cannot be accessed by anyone who hasn't linked their SimpliHome account
  • SimpliHome never receives or stores your raw voice audio — audio is processed entirely by Amazon or Google before reaching us
  • Only the intent of your query is passed to SimpliHome (e.g. "get today's events"), not the audio itself
  • Responses contain only data from your Circle, scoped to your account
  • You can disconnect at any time from the Alexa app, Google Home app, or your SimpliHome settings
